ESG618 is a high quality stator that replaces the OEM stator(s) in the Kawasaki VN1500 and VN1600 models.

Many of these VN1500/1600 models are equipped with TWO stators, one called the INNER and one called the OUTER stator. ESG618 has been designed to replace either stator, so if your bike has two defective OEM stators you will need TWO ESG618 replacement units.

ElectroSport manufactures the ESG618 stator using a high quality core and the highest grade copper wire for the windings. The reconfigured winding configuration from stock and the high magnetic conductivity of the new stator core result in vastly improved efficiency compared to stock.

Our ESG618 stator offers a flat output across the RPM range and it also runs much cooler than the stock stator, which drastically improves reliability. We install very high grade lead wires that feature heat and chafe resistant insulation and high quality rubber seals and insulation coatings making this stator a plug in replacement of the OEM unit.
