Dakar Dual Sport Kits

ElectroSport Dakar kits are the most comprehensive lighting conversion kits available for off road motorcycles. These kits are designed to meet the lighting requirements for both off road and street riding. From simple lighting upgrades to comprehensive kits with all of the lighting and switches needed to make a motorcycle street legal, we have what you are looking for.

Simple Dakar kits consist of lighting stators and a Trail Sport wiring harness. These provide lighting to motorcycles for off road use only. With a range of optional headlights available, these kits are flexible and can be adapted to many needs. High/low beam switches with engine kill switches are provided along with a simple, easy to install wiring harness. Tail lights may be added to these kits as all of the required wiring is installed.

Full Dakar kits provide all of the lighting, indicator, and switching needs for converting an off road motorcycle to a street motorcycle. A high quality headlight surround is available in a range of colors to match the OEM bodywork. The multi-reflector DOT legal headlight holds a universal H4 halogen bulb with both high and low beams and offers the option to upgrade to future HID kits.

All of the needed accessories are provided including a universal handlebar switch, brake light switches, tail/brake light, turn signals, turn signal relay, horn, and full wiring harness. These kits convert older style AC power systems to a full DC power system using a built in regulator/rectifier and a battery. Some kits can be supplemented with a high output power stator for greater lighting output. With OEM style connectors and model specific mounting brackets, these systems bolt right on. Optional Acewell speedometers are supported with these kits. Some of these speedometers provide information including speed, a tachometer, time, water temperature, fuel level, and more. An optional surround includes a range of indicator lights.
