FJR1300 Volt/ammeter

July 29th, 2009 by Ritzo (CEO)

My ‘05 FJR1300 has served me very well as a long(er) distance touring bike, and I’ve been adding lots of things that improve the ride or at least pretend to :-)

Crash :(

July 10th, 2009 by Trent (Technical Sales)

So two weeks ago last Wednesday I decided to go riding at Barona Oaks Mx complex. Lets just say it didn’t end the way I would have liked it to. I attempted key word here being attempted to clear a 70ft downhill double that they just put in. Unfortunately this was only my second ride with my new boots. The first ride was out at Corral Canyon with one of my buddies, our new R&D manager and his twin brother. Which I ended up getting a speeding ticket on the way there in the company truck I might add. I am starting to think I need to burn these boots because they are bad luck. Anyway back to the jump, I miss shifted and hit 3 3/4 and the bike dropped back down to 3rd gear just before the face of the jump. Because of this I lost all my drive which caused me to land a bit short.  This is what happens when you land short on a 70ft downhill double.
