ATV CDI / ECUs

There is a lot of hidden potential in your ATV ready to be unleashed when installing a Procom Performance CDI or ECU unit. For ATVs that use CDI ignition units we offer a few different versions of our CDI units: programmable, switchable, or fixed. For ATVs with fuel injection we offer a complete replacement ECU.

Procom Programmable Performance CDI: Our Top-of-the-line CDI product is a fully programmable unit. These programmable CDI’s come preloaded with 10 different ignition timing maps which you can select through a rotary switch. Simply select a timing map that is appropriate for your engine, plug in the CDI and you are up and running. Also included is a USB connection which allows you to connect this CDI directly to your PC. The CDI comes with software that allows you to modify the ignition timing curve to your heart’s content. The software is specially designed for Procom and has an elegant and easy-to-use interface allowing you to undo all your changes with a few mouse clicks and return the unit back to factory condition.

Procom Switchable Performance CDI: These units offer the benefits of 10 different timing maps for your ATV. Locate your OEM CDI unit on the ATV, replace it with our plug-in Performance CDI. Then read the instruction on the CDI housing and select one of the 10 built in maps that were specifically designed for optimum performance in various states of tune on your ATV.

Procom Performance CDI: Our fixed curve Performance CDI units offer a vastly improved timing map with oftentimes a higher rev limit and will offer improved power throughout the rev range: a GREAT upgrade.

Procom Programmable Performance ECU: This unit is a complete replacement ECU for the OEM part. It has all the OEM ignition and fuel maps built in and by using the included Procom software you can change fuel and ignition mapping based on various parameters such as RPM, Intake Air Pressure, TPS and Engine Temperature. The Procom Performance ECU is a fantastic upgrade for your fuel injected ATV.
