ElectroSport has gained tremendous experience in the design and manufacture of electrical components for the Powersports Industry. We put this experience to use by designing solutions that meet the OEM manufacturer's needs.

Our R&D staff uses the newest CAD design and simulation software, and can quickly prototype your product which will minimize the time to market. Areas of expertise include rotating electrical components like stators and flywheels, CDI ignition units, as well as complete ECU fuel/injection controllers.

ElectroSport provides complete charging system engineering and manufacturing support for OEM products, including an initial prototype design and documentation or for 100-500 pieces for testing development and eventual full scale production runs of thousands.

All manufacturing is done by our own engineering Staff in our Procom Engineering manufacturing facility overseas. We control the manufacturing and testing processes completely the the result is a beautiful product of very high quality.
